Role Overview
As the Technology Strategy & Operations Partner, you will serve as the strategic liaison and operational anchor to the VP, Technology within the Enterprise Technology Group (ETG). Your focus will be on shaping operations, driving technology transformation, and ensuring strategic alignment across initiatives and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives and operational rhythms.
- Collaborate with ETG leaders, internal teams, and business partners to optimize operations.
- Manage integrated work plans and oversee programs/projects with substantial budgets.
- Ensure cohesion across diverse teams using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Maintain confidentiality and work closely with executive leadership and vendors.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is required, with 8+ years of experience in related roles. Additional education or experience may be considered. Expert proficiency in managing cross-functional teams, vendor management, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (including MS Project and Visio) are essential.
