The successful candidate for the Intake Supervisor role will work Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm PST.

Job Overview: Intake Supervisor

The Intake Supervisor is responsible for providing oversight to the New Patient Experience Records Coordinators, leading the crucial function of Intake/Medical Records. This role ensures the procurement of medical records for new incoming patients prior to their first appointment, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient start to their care journey. Additionally, this position is vital for maintaining proper documentation for follow-up, tracking, and reporting purposes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the team by proactively and creatively solving issues.
  • Overseeing workflows and implementing process improvements.
  • Ensuring high-quality outcomes in records coordination.
  • Setting clear goals and expectations for team performance.
  • Reporting on metrics and tracking department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at a minimum of weekly/monthly.
  • Identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement in real-time.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum two years of leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Requires appropriate internet services, speed, and dedicated workspace to effectively work from home (Minimum internet connection speeds of 75 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload).
