Job Description
Enterprise Application Specialist at City Of Hamilton
Reporting to the Supervisor, Business Applications, the Enterprise Application Specialist provides expertise and leadership in strategy, design, development, implementation, and support of cloud-based solutions. This role leverages Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, SQL Database, etc.) and utilizes Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, and D365 Customer Service. The specialist will be responsible for CRM solution development and support, as well as the integration of Microsoft 365 applications and Virtual Agents for both internal and external clients, including the City’s online services.
Gathering information from multiple sources, the Enterprise Application Specialist will translate complex business requirements into functional and technical solutions. This position requires engaging with a variety of stakeholders and working collaboratively with project teams and external partners to deliver exceptional customer service that meets client needs.
The Enterprise Application Specialist will be involved in all project phases, from requirements gathering, solution design and development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. This position has access to sensitive and confidential financial and human resource information, requiring a high degree of discretion and security awareness.
