About Your New Role

As a Senior Data Analyst at City of Gold Coast, you will drive data-driven decision making across the organisation. You will collaborate with business partners to design and develop analytical solutions by creating self-service business intelligence reports and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop analytical solutions and automated reports.
  • Create self-service BI reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive actionable insights.
  • Utilize tools like Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and Python.
  • Mentor teams with a focus on safety and wellbeing.

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics or equivalent experience and 5+ years in Data Analytics. Experience in MS Azure, Synapse, Power automate or Power apps is advantageous.
