Job Summary
The Senior Human Resources Partner serves as a consultative partner to assigned departments aligning organizational and strategic objectives with human resource functions such as compensation, employee relations, recruitment, and development. This role builds collaborative relationships, acts as a change agent, provides subject matter expertise, and educates HR Partners.
Essential Functions
- Provides senior leadership and project management for HR programs and processes.
- Consults with HR partners and Centers of Expertise to ensure fair administration of guidelines.
- Offers proactive input on employee relations, organizational design, compensation and more.
- Fosters clear communication and promotes employee empowerment.
- Delivers training and coaches staff, managers, and executives.
- Facilitates organizational transitions and oversees recruitment processes.
- Executes additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business/public administration, or social science, or equivalent experience. Candidates must have four years of professional HR experience in multiple areas with additional supervisory/project management responsibilities.
License
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
Salary
The starting salary range for this position is $66,743.57 to $83,429.46, based on qualifications.
