What is the Opportunity?

The Wealth Operations Analyst provides operational support to the Portfolio Manager Team and Advisors for all asset movement activities. The role includes reviewing, processing, and following up on inquiries regarding transfers of assets, check writing, withdrawals, contributions, and RMDs on retirement accounts. The Analyst collaborates across departments to resolve complex issues and serves as the liaison between the Portfolio Manager Team and external clearing firms.

What Will You Do?

  • Review received asset movement requests.
  • Contact Portfolio Manager Team for additional documentation.
  • Process requests on Pershing’s system promptly.
  • Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely actions.
  • Monitor outgoing transfers and archive closed accounts.
  • Manage corporate actions and update trading system details.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

  • 3-5 years in broker dealer or investment industry.
  • 3 years of experience in a financial related industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred along with FINRA Series 7.
