What You’ll Do
The Field Care Supervisor supports the delivery of high quality care support services. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and reviewing individual care services.
- Supervising, instructing, and supporting care workers on-site.
- Collaborating with Care Coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas.
- Conducting regular reviews including risk and needs assessments.
- Participating in multi-disciplinary reviews and shadowing new staff.
- Performing on-site observations and evaluations.
- Handling some office-based administrative duties.
Qualifications & What You Need
Applicants should have experience in conducting initial risk and needs assessments in various settings such as service user homes, hospitals, or care homes. Collaboration with service users, families, advocates, and healthcare professionals is essential.
