Job Description
The Field Care Supervisor supports the delivery of high quality care support services in the community. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and reviewing individual care services.
- Supervising, instructing and supporting care workers.
- Collaborating with Care Coordinators to plan effective care worker rotas.
- Conducting regular reviews and risk assessments.
- Participating in multi-disciplinary reviews and shadowing new care workers.
- Conducting on-site observations and evaluations.
- Completing some office-based administrative work.
Qualifications
Experience in initial risk and needs assessments in various settings, working in partnership with service users, families, and healthcare professionals is required. A full, valid driving licence is mandatory.
