Role Overview - Technical Analyst

The Technical Analyst will join the Development team to transform business requirements into technical deliverables. You will partner with project sponsors, understand complex business nuances, and design low maintenance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Partner with project sponsors and understand business needs.
  • Analyze business complexities and design effective solutions.
  • Brainstorm to reduce technical debt and maintain scope clarity.
  • Negotiate feasible solutions with stakeholders and developers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in writing technical deliverables.
  • Proficiency in communicating technical aspects with technical teams.
  • Experience in software development, integrations, security, infrastructure, and data management.
  • Familiarity with 3 or more SDLC methodologies and tools such as Jira is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred SQL skills and experience with logical class models.
