We are looking for a Strategy & Business Transformation Senior to join our Advisory Department. As a Senior you will contribute to the development of customer-centric and digitally enabled finance vision, strategy, and operating model. You will identify and capture transformation opportunities and create detailed roadmaps for implementation. You will assist in building finance delivery models and governance frameworks, incorporating accounting policies, control requirements, and automation solutions. You will design finance technology and data landscapes aligned with enterprise architecture and contribute to designing organizational structure, skills, and performance metrics. You will plan and manage training, knowledge transfer, business readiness, and post-launch support. You will identify opportunities to improve operations using emerging technologies, and support application selection and implementation. You will participate in the implementation of optimization initiatives and measure their impact. You will help the engagement lead manage project budgets, timelines, interdependencies, and stakeholder expectations. You will facilitate issue resolution and engage in change management processes, and contribute to proposal development and firm’s thought leadership to enhance market presence and industry recognition.Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Management or Information Systems or equivalent
- 5+ years in a leading consulting or accounting firm in a consulting role
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to quickly establish credibility and demonstrate expertise.
- Expertise in finance function improvement, ERP implementation, or intelligent automation.
- Experience with systems evaluation and system implementation lifecycle across multiple software products
- Experience with customer experience or digital tools.
- Experience working across multiple core Finance Processes (i.e. Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Cash Management)
- Experience with process mapping, business analysis, Excel modelling, requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
