About the Wealth Team Client Service Associate Role
This role is a developing professional position that integrates in-depth specialty knowledge with industry standards and practices. Responsibilities
- Deliver wealth management services to CITI PRIVATE BANK clients with guidance from banker teams.
- Assess risk and safeguard Citigroup, its clients, and its assets.
- Drive compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
- Escalate and manage control issues with transparency.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to problem-solve and analyze data with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and client-facing experience are required. A background in operations, compliance, investments, banking, and credit products is important. For US candidates, Series 7/63 or 7/66 licenses are required.
Education
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $72,800 - $109,200. Citi also offers discretionary and formula-based incentive awards along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, wellness programs, and paid time off.
