About the Role

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading working backwards documents for platform product releases
  • Commissioning research to define benchmarks for solving business problems
  • Identifying innovations and leading “test and learn” experiments
  • Defining and measuring KPIs for platform products
  • Making trade-off decisions on multiple platform products
  • Developing business and platform requirements
  • Leveraging API reusability and platform services via tools such as Ignite
  • Determining release goals and continuous product improvement benchmarks
  • Assessing business risks and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in dynamic product management
  • A proven track record in managing product development lifecycles
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and cloud services
  • Strong technical understanding of software delivery and cloud native services
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Experience leading product and engineering teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
