Team/Role Overview
The role supports CitiDirect® Commercial Banking, a single digital platform consolidating Citi's global products and services. It provides a 360° view of client relationships across multiple financial areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product rollouts.
- Design, create, execute test scripts and document test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies.
- Assess risks and uphold compliance and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Experience in software application testing and SDLC.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools like Jira.
- Understanding of Agile principles and hands-on Scrum experience.
- Exposure to automation frameworks preferred.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
