Job Description

The Senior IT Business Analyst will act as the liaison between business users and technologists, ensuring information is exchanged logically and concisely. You will participate in the complete SDLC, analyze business performance, contribute to technology product vision and roadmap, and monitor product progress, all while managing risk and control.

• Collaborate with business users to capture product requirements.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Participate in all phases of system development and implementation.
• Communicate risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include engaging with business clients to determine system specifications, consulting multiple management teams, and evaluating new IT developments to recommend system enhancements. You will provide deep analysis and innovative solutions while adhering to strict risk management and compliance standards. Active participation in scrum activities and product sprints is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years in product companies as a product owner or senior business analyst with proficiency in agile methodologies, strong risk management skills, and advanced knowledge of MS Office tools. Experience in Margin & Collateral, OTC Derivatives, or payments flows is a plus.
