Overview

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting quality management and process improvement within the organization.
• Developing, implementing, and communicating Process Quality Assurance procedures.
• Interacting effectively with project stakeholders to ensure process compliance.
• Planning and executing weekly PQA reviews.
• Documenting and reporting review results with key observations and required corrective actions.
• Maintaining and developing tools and templates for PQA functions.
• Supporting PM metrics and data reporting.
• Adhering to compliance, regulatory requirements, and Citi policies.

Ideal Background

Applicants should have in-depth knowledge of Project Management and Quality Assurance standards, ideally within the financial services industry. A bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience are required, along with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Certification such as PMP or Quality Assurance is an advantage.
