Overview of the Role
The MD Head of Digital Acquisition & Personalization is responsible for identifying and executing digital growth opportunities within Personal Banking and Wealth Management Technology. The candidate will drive innovation through technical leadership, manage agile teams to create a scalable digital experience, and serve as the primary relationship manager with partners to enhance acquisition and product performance.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for digital acquisitions.
- Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and business leaders.
- Develop and implement product growth initiatives and customer acquisition strategies.
- Oversee transition from strategy to implementation through agile teams.
- Foster talent and maintain alignment with Citi technology vision.
Objectives & Priorities
This role seeks a visionary leader with entrepreneurial drive, focused on growth, risk management, and customer-centric digital solutions. Key priorities include setting effective objectives, engaging in competitive analysis, and ensuring transformative technology adoption while fostering a collaborative culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should have 15+ years of experience with at least 10 years in a managerial role, a strong record managing high-performing technical teams, and a proven ability to drive digital adoption and product growth. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
Salary & Benefits
