About the Role

This role, based in Singapore on a hybrid work arrangement, is part of Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS). You will execute threat intelligence monitoring, workplace violence response and traveler assistance guidelines as part of the CSIS Global Security and Intelligence Centers (GSIC).

  • Monitor and respond to threat intelligence and security incidents
  • Collaborate with strategic intelligence analysts and CSIS teams
  • Provide all-source intelligence assessments for decision makers
  • Maintain key performance indicators around productivity and risk
  • Train and mentor team members while executing risk management

Key Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day operations including threat monitoring and response, workplace violence handling, and traveler assistance. Collect, organize, analyze and summarize intelligence to produce actionable insights. Deliver presentations and briefings for senior leadership; identify intelligence gaps and coordinate with relevant teams. Maintain compliance with laws, policies and risk management strategies while contributing to crisis response efforts.
