Role Overview: GenAI Tech Lead
The GenAI Tech Lead will drive the design and roadmap of generative AI platform solutions. You will lead research and implementation of high scale engineering products with a focus on advanced AI and Generative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and architecture of AI infrastructure tools.
- Drive research to develop innovative solutions for business units.
- Manage executive stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with internal/external partners and vendors.
- Work with Citi’s AI Centre of Excellence to ensure best practices.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in Computer Science or equivalent; MSc/PhD preferred.
- 12+ years in the software industry and 3+ years as tech lead or architect.
- 4+ years experience in Machine Learning and delivering complex production solutions.
- Sound expertise in cloud architectures, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and Python.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience in financial services and Securities Services is a plus.
