Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of artificial intelligence at Citi by working on a central core GenAI platform that empowers innovative solutions across the entire bank.
Responsibilities
Partner with multiple management teams to integrate GenAI functions, lead the development and maintenance of core GenAI platforms and services, and resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex GenAI business processes. Provide expert guidance in GenAI applications programming and enforce coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards for enterprise-grade solutions. Develop a comprehensive understanding of business, architecture, and infrastructure as they relate to GenAI business goals, and serve as an advisor to mid-level developers and analysts. Assess risks with a focus on compliance, AI ethics, data governance, and responsible AI usage.
Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of relevant experience in GenAI engineering, expertise in scalable AI-driven applications and systems, project management skills, and a strong understanding of Generative AI systems and AIOps. Must possess clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly adjust priorities within a complex regulatory environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience).
