Fund Accounting Product Manager

In the role of Fund Accounting Product Manager, you will join the European Fund Accounting team and report directly to the European head of fund accounting and administration. You will work closely with a group of director level product managers on local, regional, and global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the strategic program roadmap and product launch initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal partners such as CIOs, Innovation Lab, and Citi Research.
• Develop innovative solutions for crypto, digital assets, and traditional funds.
• Negotiate client agreements, SLAs, and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with Operations and Technology on process design and vendor procurement.
• Participate in budgeting, planning, and risk assessments.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must have proven experience in fund accounting or financial consulting, a solid understanding of traditional asset classes plus emerging digital assets, and familiarity with AI tools, statistical modeling, and data analytics. Leadership in cross-functional global teams and innovative product development experience is essential.
