Job Description
Full Time Investment Banking Analyst at Citi
You're ready to bring your knowledge from the classroom to the boardroom, and Citi wants to help you get there. At Citi, we value internal mobility, and career growth is not a question of if, but when. Our programs equip you with the knowledge and training needed to play a valuable role and establish a long-term career.
Citi is looking for full-time analysts to join the Investment Banking team in London. The Investment Banking group advises corporate clients who want to raise funds in capital markets and need strategic support in financial transactions. Initiatives you may be working on with clients include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financial restructurings, underwriting, and distributing equity, debt, and derivative securities. Training and Development
We're committed to teaching you the ropes. The analyst program starts in mid-July with a six-week, in-depth training program in London before you join a team. Your training will continue on the job. Third-year analysts, who have received consistently high ratings, will be eligible for a one-year rotation in another team in London or internationally. Alternatively, Citi will sponsor a one-year Masters in Finance at the London Business School.

Who We Are Looking For
We want to hear from you if you are in your final year of university or have graduated, expecting or having achieved a 2:1 (or equivalent) at undergraduate level in any degree discipline. An interest in business is essential, and fluency in a second language is desirable but not essential.
A dedication to learning and a true passion for the business are vital. We are hiring professionals who have a global perspective on the future of banking and want to make an impact on the corporate level. We value diversity and seek candidates with:

- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to searching for new and creative ideas.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to personal growth and career development, including mobility and flexibility.
