Overview

The Financial Crimes Operations Project Lead Analyst Vice President at Citi is a strategic role focused on KYC Modernization. The position requires a deep understanding of financial crimes (AML/KYC) and the ability to influence strategic decisions through expert advice and sophisticated analysis.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day to day execution of project milestones and budget.

  • Collaborating with Project Sponsors to validate business cases and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identifying and including all stakeholders in scope definition and project scheduling.
  • Escalating project risks appropriately and monitoring vendor performance.
  • Providing sophisticated analysis to define problems and propose innovative solutions.
  • Operating with autonomy and exercising independent judgment.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of relevant experience, a solid commercial awareness, and deep knowledge of financial crimes (AML/KYC). A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.
