What You'll Do
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with market opportunities.
- Product Development Lifecycle: Lead the process from ideation to post-launch iteration.
- Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into detailed product specifications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with engineering, design, legal, etc. for delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Market Analysis & Insights: Monitor trends in digital assets and blockchain technologies.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate on product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key metrics for product optimization.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.
What We Need From You
- At least 5 years of product management experience in blockchain and digital assets.
- Proven track record in launching and managing complex products.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and digital asset classes.
- Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
