The Cyber Risk Senior Analyst at Citi is a developing professional responsible for staying updated on field advancements and contributing to strategic direction by applying new insights to their role and the business. This role significantly impacts the area through complex deliverables, providing advice and counsel on technology or operations, ultimately affecting the sub-function's overall performance and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the application of operational cyber risk policies, technology, and AI tools, along with governance processes, to create lasting solutions that minimize losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks.
• Participate in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of best-in-class Cyber Risk and Technology Risk programs, policies, and practices for Risk.
• Analyze comparative data, prepare and present regional and global reports related to cyber risk assessments, and monitor cyber and Technology-related issues.
• Identify and address potential Cyber and Technology risks.
• Apply knowledge and experience working with AI tools within Financial Services.
• Identify and assess risks associated with AI systems, including model risk, data risk, bias and fairness, explainability, robustness, privacy, security, and third-party risk.
• Investigate and respond to operational risks, including regulatory inquiries, preparing required documentation, making recommendations to senior management, and drafting responses.
• Monitor adherence to Citi’s Cyber Risk Policies and relevant procedures.
• Prepare, edit, and maintain Cyber and Technology Risk program-related materials.
• Interact and work collaboratively with other areas within Citi, as necessary.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy changes to identify new key risk areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Cyber Risk, AI Tools, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units and navigate a complex organization.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Education

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
