About the Business Analytics Senior Analyst Role

Citibank, N.A. is seeking a Business Analytics Senior Analyst to join its team in New York, NY. In this role, you will contribute to the development of new techniques and improvement of processes and workflow. You will work on identifying technology solutions, enhancing business decision-making, and optimizing business operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop new techniques and enhance existing processes.
  • Identify technology solutions to improve decision-making and business planning.
  • Conduct exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners on pricing strategies and validation.
  • Resolve data discrepancies and remove bottlenecks using quantitative methods.
  • Evaluate complex issues with potential high impact.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Expertise in descriptive statistics, database technologies, Linux/UNIX operating systems, risk assessment using root-cause analysis, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders is essential.

Work Arrangement

A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, according to Citi policies.

Compensation & Benefits
