Responsibilities

• Conduct initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollout.
• Design and implement test scripts, test plans, and test cases.
• Perform software quality assurance testing and execute test scripts.
• Identify defects, conduct root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate multiple testers and testing activities.
• Document test results, evaluate outcomes and implement process improvements.
• Engage with development teams for clarifications and requirement discussions.
• Participate in test strategy meetings and guide new team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical business practices.

Qualifications

• 5 to 9 years Quality Assurance experience preferably in banking/financial domains.
• Hands-on experience with SQL scripting and advanced automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber) and programming languages like Java or Python.
• Experience with various automation frameworks including functional Test Automation, hybrid, keyword-driven, data-driven, and Behavior Driven frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of test artefacts including test plans, test cases and reports.
• Familiarity with project management principles and development/testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in industry standard toolsets such as Jira/Zephyr.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
