Overview

The AI & Data Platform Program Lead at Citi will drive the end-to-end design, delivery, and adoption of two critical technology initiatives: the Modular Gen AI Product Platform and the Enterprise Data Mesh built on a decoupled Data Lakehouse architecture. This role combines program leadership, product evangelism, and stakeholder engagement to deliver substantial business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Execution & Leadership: Oversee timelines, risks, and interdependencies and translate architectural visions into actionable roadmaps.
• Product Evangelism & Marketing: Champion agentic AI solutions and modular Gen AI components by running demos and internal roadshows.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technology teams to align priorities and track outcomes.
• Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure smooth interoperability and consistent design across Gen AI and Data Mesh components.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in program management, technology leadership, or product strategy roles; strong understanding of AI/ML delivery and modern data architectures; expertise with Gen AI, prompt engineering, RAG, LLMs, and related tooling; excellent communication and storytelling skills; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Irving, Texas, United States. Citi offers competitive compensation ranging from $169,600.00 to $254,400.00, along with comprehensive benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
