IT Business Analyst

About the Role

Citadele is looking for a motivated and experienced IT Business Analyst to join their team. You will help develop and implement business projects by collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business needs, technical possibilities, gather and maintain requirements, and track them throughout the development cycle.

Are You Ready To:

• Define and document business processes, requirements, and specifications.
• Conduct data analysis and validation.
• Collaborate with colleagues from different teams and stakeholders to achieve a unified vision and implement projects.

Your Profile:

• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role in IT project development or implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in Latvian and English (for collaboration with Group and Baltic colleagues, and for internal document and tool usage).
