Role Summary
The Intelligence Manager is responsible for streamlining and managing pre-production to final review reporting processes. You will ensure efficient, high-quality coding and production of reports, collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Experience teams, and mentor a team of 7-10 analysts across regions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent, high-quality coding analysis production.
- Train and support team members in maintaining data quality.
- Resource and manage client work with timely deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal and client-facing teams to meet project needs.
- Manage and guide a regional team of 7-10 FTEs.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-3 years in data analytics.
- 1-2 years of people management experience.
- Fluency in English.
