Role Overview - Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will generate and manage data that drives Cision reports. You will establish a solid foundation of accurate and timely data while supporting coding and report creation processes through all phases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure coding analysis production is consistent and high quality.
• Provide oversight and guidance to junior coding teams.
• Manage content searches, uploading processes, and perform data checks.
• Troubleshoot issues using knowledge of data flow and internal tools.
• Report regularly to managers and prioritize tasks.
• Utilize reporting templates for charts, qualitative insights, and report production.
• Take ownership of initial data exports and support production needs.
• Provide daily support to Senior Analysts and Team Leads.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience in coding, query writing, and analysis.
• Strong background in professional writing and reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
• Fluency in English.
