Role Summary

As a Client Services & Operations Executive, you will manage the account processing of wire and email distributions for PR Newswire clients. You will interpret client instructions, recognize needs, propose solutions and ensure orders are completed on time according to PRNE service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders and manage wire/email distributions from start to finish.
  • Maintain quality, content accuracy, and adherence to editorial standards.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and generate additional revenue.
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external suppliers to ensure timely order completion.
  • Record all jobs and correspondence in CRM/Order Management System and raise issues as needed.

Working Hours & Shifts

Standard shifts rotate weekly with multiple start times available. Evening shifts occur every six weeks and weekend on-call duty every other month.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client-facing or operational roles.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic HTML.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience in upselling and maintaining high service quality standards.
