About Cisco's Solutions Engineer Dubai Role

Join Cisco's expert pre-sales team in Dubai. As a Solutions Engineer Dubai, you will work closely with Account Executives, serving as the technical authority to design and articulate the value of Cisco solutions. You will be a pivotal part of shaping Dubai’s technological landscape through innovative technology and trusted client relationships.

Your Impact

You will translate complex client objectives into comprehensive architecture and solution strategies across Cisco’s diverse portfolio. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading technical discussions with senior IT and business leaders.
  • Designing and presenting high-impact technical proposals and solutions.
  • Driving design and delivery in networking, data center, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI domains.
  • Supporting POCs, pilots, and solution validations.
  • Conducting technology workshops and executive briefings.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in presales or solution architect roles, strong Cisco technology expertise, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant Cisco certifications are preferred along with modern tech domain proficiency and multicultural collaboration experience.
