Your Impact

As a Software Engineer - MuleSoft and Salesforce Development at Cisco, you will design, build, and optimize solutions that streamline business processes, enhance user experiences, and safeguard data integrity across our Salesforce and MuleSoft ecosystems. You will integrate AI-powered capabilities to automate tasks, deliver predictive analytics, and support intelligent decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customized solutions on Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms.
  • Integrate AI-powered capabilities for automation and analytics.
  • Create and maintain APIs, connectors, flows, and scripts.
  • Collaborate with business teams to deliver innovative integration strategies.
  • Ensure performance, security, and data accuracy in all solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with proven experience in Salesforce and/or MuleSoft development. Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration using Salesforce Einstein or similar tools is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Continuous learning mindset, strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and familiarity with modern web technologies and Agile methodologies. Relevant certifications are highly desirable.
