Cisco is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting with people and possess a keen ability to identify potential candidates through insightful questioning. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a strong pipeline of prospective talent, ensuring we meet and exceed our hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person to assess candidate qualifications.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as the primary contact person for candidate inquiries.
• Meet weekly quotas for calls and emails to ensure robust candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite.
• High-energy, proactive, and passionate about recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed quotas.
