What You'll Do
As a SaaS Virtual Account Executive, you will be responsible for the sales of cloud security technologies leading with Cisco's new User Protection Suite. You will craft and grow channel relationships as well as direct touch with target accounts to drive revenue.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing a quota and territory mapped to a Cisco generalist territory.
- Forming relationships with Cisco counterparts including Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Regional Managers.
- Engaging prospects from various lead-generation methods.
- Identifying decision-makers within targeted accounts to initiate the sales process.
- Delivering live web-based demos and in-person presentations of cloud services.
- Building a pipeline through prospecting and collaboration.
- Traveling for prospect meetings and supporting marketing events.
- Overcoming objections and emphasizing product benefits.
- Documenting and tracking prospect and customer information in Salesforce.com.
- Providing accurate weekly sales forecasts to management.

Who You Are
You are a results-driven individual with a team-first mentality, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record in selling complex software-based solutions. You are comfortable communicating with technical audiences and have deep knowledge of the security market and channel.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of software selling experience (SaaS preferred).
- Experience handling numerous opportunities with solution-selling techniques.
- Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, and remote sales processes.
- Proficiency using Salesforce.com or other CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- University or college degree, or relevant experience.
- Excellent social, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
