The Cisco AI Software & Platform Group incubates and delivers Generative AI based solutions to improve Cisco's existing products and introduce new offerings that help customers roll out Generative AI at scale responsibly.

Your Impact

As an Engineering Product Manager – AI Models, you will shape the future of Cisco's AI-powered products and platforms. You will define the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for innovative solutions using groundbreaking LLM technologies and augmenting models like the Cisco Deep Network Model.

  • Define and implement strategy and roadmap for Generative AI features.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML researchers, data scientists, and engineering teams.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities and translate them into product requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Track key product metrics and drive data-driven decisions with ethical considerations.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years in product management with 5+ years focused on AI/ML products. Required technical skills include LLMs, Generative AI, SQL, Python, and knowledge of large-scale data pipelines. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree/Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, MBA or similar, with proven hands-on expertise in AI/ML model deployment, strategic understanding of AI platform architectures and MLOps principles, and strong leadership skills.
