Our team partners closely with Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, and Engineering to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that drive revenue growth, enhance selling experience, and improve operational efficiency. We value innovation, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-centric technology solutions that empower our go-to-market strategies.

Your Impact

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the design, evolution, and delivery of Salesforce solutions that support Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. This Customer Experience Product Manager role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and operations—translating GTM needs into scalable, well-architected Salesforce capabilities. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, RevOps, and Engineering to ensure Salesforce effectively enables revenue growth, partner engagement, and operational efficiency.

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce solutions supporting Sales, Partner, and GTM initiatives
  • Translate GTM strategies and business requirements into technical solution designs and prioritized Salesforce features
  • Act as the primary product owner for Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and related integrations
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Renewals, Marketing, RevOps, and IT to gather requirements and align priorities

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Salesforce-focused roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform design (Sales Cloud required; Partner Community / Experience Cloud a plus)
  • Proven ability to translate business and GTM strategy into technical solutions
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, partner management, and revenue operations
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with GTM motions such as direct sales, channel sales, and co-selling
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (CPQ, Marketing Automation, Data platforms, APIs)
