Business Analyst & Program Manager at Cisco
Join the GPRS Partner Value Acceleration Networking, Future-Proofed Workplaces & Industrial IoT team. We are a dynamic group responsible for driving the success of Cisco’s partners across several key areas: global go-to-market strategy, enablement and training, partner practice building, and influencing programs that provide value and partners profitable. This includes the transition to the Cisco 360 Partner Program and driving the strategy for how the Networking portfolio is designed and implemented within that program. Working closely with sales, operations, marketing, business units, partner programs, and more, we play a pivotal role in transforming partner experiences and accelerating Cisco’s growth. What You’ll Do/Your Impact
- Generate complex reports and insights by designing metrics, modeling data, and tracking performance across Cisco 360 Partner Program and CPI.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, business drivers, and critical points of influence in partner and bookings data.
- Define, analyze, and translate business requirements and use cases in partnership with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Develop and maintain KPI tracking tools, dashboards, and visual storytelling assets to support leadership decision-making and partner communications.
- Co-manage Networking Programs, including seller rewards, assessments, contra investments, and discounting, ensuring operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic priorities, resolve business problems, and ensure readiness for FY26 program changes.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and model internal business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in value case development for key strategic initiatives through detailed data analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or program management.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven experience conducting in-depth data analyses, generating reports, and synthesizing findings for business decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage or support large-scale programs/projects in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cisco's partner incentive models (VIP, CPI) or similar partner programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and aligning stakeholders across business units.
- Experience developing executive-level presentations and visual storytelling assets.
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional projects, manage competing priorities, and drive process improvements.
