Overview

The Senior Data Analyst at Cisco Meraki drives business analytics by applying AI-powered techniques to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, and deliver actionable insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, metrics, and analyze complex data sets that influence both product performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with PM and Engineering leaders to define and monitor key metrics. Leverage AI-enhanced analytics (using platforms such as Snowflake Cortex and AWS AI/ML services) to generate automated insights. Champion AI adoption within the analytics function and design next-generation, automated dashboards for executives. Identify opportunities for AI applications like anomaly and trend detection, forecasting, and natural language summarization. Collaborate with data infrastructure teams for seamless data integration into the Meraki ecosystem.

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role or equivalent academic background.
  • Hands-on proficiency with SQL and Python.
  • Experience with AI-powered analytics and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits
