What We Are Looking For

As the Lead Product Designer Assurance, you will be a senior design thought-leader working with a cross-functional team to reimagine network engineers’ and other users’ workflows. You will own projects, drive momentum, and collaborate across Cisco to deliver exceptional design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive early discovery work and craft product roadmaps.
  • Design, sketch, prototype, and create hi-fi visuals of solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage in co-creation.
  • Advocate design-centered product enhancements based on research.
  • Mentor junior designers and guide customer-focused design decisions.
  • Facilitate workshops and develop reusable design documentation.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years professional experience in product design.
  • Strong portfolio with case studies and prototypes, including AI research.
  • Expertise in designing AI products and enterprise level B2B solutions.
  • Experience in UX methodologies such as double-diamond, personas, and journey mapping.
  • Proven track record of shipping large scale enterprise products.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $132,900 — $241,200 USD. U.S. employees enjoy quality medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with Cisco matching, and multiple wellbeing offerings. Additional details on vacation, sick time, and sales incentive plans are provided.
