Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Creation of shipping and accompanying documents, customs documents, and certificates of origin.
- Fulfillment of customs verification obligations, handling of usual customs formalities in compliance with country- and customer-specific regulations.
- Export control (according to internal and external requirements).
- Preparation of foreign trade statistics (Intrastat declarations).
- Commissioning of freight forwarders and invoice control.
- Calculation of packaging and shipping costs.
- Filing and distribution of internal and external documents.
- Creation of final invoices for customers.
- Execution of invoice corrections.
- Creation of proforma invoices.
- Creation of supplier declarations for customers and representatives.
- Compliance with and optimization of occupational safety regulations.
- Participation in the optimization of work processes.
- Procurement of necessary operating resources.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training as a freight forwarding agent, industrial clerk, or wholesale and foreign trade clerk.
- Good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a team.
