Role Overview: Manager I, Cloud FinOps
This role is part of the CTO Office in the Product Engineering department and focuses on driving the Cloud FinOps strategy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the Cloud FinOps strategy including visibility, optimization, and ownership functions.
- Maintain a reliable source of truth for all cloud billing data including spend, chargeback, and savings.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and implement cost efficiency measures.
- Create regular cost reports using cloud native tools for different FinOps personas.
- Implement chargeback models and support budget planning and weekly forecasting.
- Manage commitment plans across cloud providers and govern enterprise contracts.
- Drive monthly business reviews and design KPIs to align stakeholders.
- Create enablement programs to build a sustainable cost conscious culture.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience with AWS, AZURE, GCP, OCI and cloud cost management.
- Ability to build cost reports and implement chargeback models.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing cloud commitment plans.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a self-driven mindset.
Additional Information
This role is based in Bangalore, India. It is part of high-priority projects within the CTO Office and involves close collaboration with various Product Engineering teams.
