About the Role

The Scrum Master Data and Analytics at Circle K supports agile delivery within the Global Data & Analytics organization. In this role, you will coach and guide one or more Agile teams through data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions to ensure continuous value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach Product Owners, Developers, Analysts, and team members on Agile practices.
  • Remove impediments and support effective backlog refinement and sprint execution.
  • Track team metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and cycle time to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Agile Project Managers and Portfolio Leads to align team efforts with global initiatives.

Team Enablement & Improvement

Promote team ownership, accountability, and high performance by identifying roadblocks and helping teams improve their Agile maturity using feedback loops and actionable insights. Support collaboration across distributed teams to ensure alignment with Data & Analytics goals.

Agile Community & PMO Alignment

Contribute to the growth of the Agile community of practice and support the implementation of standardized Agile practices and tools across teams.
