We are looking for you as an HR Operations Working Student for our Support Office in Berlin.

What Awaits You

You will support our dedicated HR Business Partner Team and bring fresh ideas to exciting HR topics. You will be an active part of our operational daily business and participate in diverse projects. Your ideas, organizational talent, and attention to detail will make the difference.

Your Tasks at a Glance

• Digitize and archive employment contracts – ensuring structured and traceable records.
• Create reports, certificates, and references – with diligence and a strong sense of quality.
• Process incoming mail – maintaining an overview even with high volumes.
• Support the Recruiting Team – processing applications and reliably maintaining them in Workday.
• Contribute to HR projects – actively engaging with your ideas, know-how, and motivation.

What You Bring

• Education: You are enrolled in an economics or social science degree program – ideally with a focus on Human Resources and have ideally gained initial experience in the HR field – but this is not a must.
• Enthusiasm: You enjoy operational tasks in the HR area and bring a high level of team and communication skills.
• Personality: You are structured, self-initiated, work conscientiously, and have a good understanding of complex interrelationships.
• Language: You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
