What You Will Be Doing
You will work in small teams of 3-5 consultants alongside senior management of major consumer packaged goods, retail, general merchandise, and over-the-counter health care companies, as well as Private Equity firms. Your tasks include:
- Structuring analysis and research based on Circana’s proprietary data platform.
- Gathering and analyzing information and testing hypotheses.
- Developing and communicating actionable recommendations to clients.
- Engaging directly with client teams and presenting results to senior management.
- Receiving hands-on mentoring, training, and coaching from senior leaders.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements
You will demonstrate creativity, problem-solving, and clear communication. Requirements include:
- An undergraduate degree in business, marketing, consumer insights, statistics, or economics.
- 3-5 years of work experience; 1-3 years with market measurement and panel data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating work product-focused deliverables like PowerPoint decks and Excel models.
- Flexibility for non-traditional hours and urgent projects.
- Ability to use digital productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom) effectively.
- Occasional travel (typically less than 10%).

Location and Compensation
This role is available in Chicago, New York, or Remote within the USA. The salary range is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, and the role is eligible for bonus pay. In addition, a comprehensive benefits package is provided, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k).
