What Will You Be Doing?

As a Client Success Specialist at Circana, you will be a resourceful, user-focused professional who supports ongoing client deployments. This role bridges product support, user experience, and development by investigating issues, coordinating resolutions, coaching commercial teams, and managing communication between users, client service teams, and product development.

  • Apply a customer lens to gather feedback and influence product roadmap.
  • Identify and resolve issues, triaging between enhancements, bugs, and user education.
  • Coach commercial teams on configuration and functionality of Liquid AI.
  • Support setup, configuration, QA of client models and drive process improvements.
  • Test new enhancements and prepare clear write-ups for the development team.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Circana tools including Unify+, model/report building, and Emiri.
  • Background in product or client support, operations, or troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Tech-curious mindset with comfort in prompt engineering and QA processes.
  • Experience with AI systems, NLP tools, machine learning products, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • 5+ years of experience in client support for data analytics and reporting.

Location & Compensation

This position is located in the United States (Remote). Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year with potential bonus pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
