Team

You will join the Data Management function within CIP’s central IT organization. The team consists of 9 colleagues working across Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Engineering and Data Platform & Analytics Enablement. The team is on a journey, establishing core data platforms, governance principles, and scalable ways of working. Data Management plays a key role in enabling CIP’s digital and technology agenda across investments, operations, and fund management.

Role

As a new Analyst, you will work directly with modern data technologies and help develop and operate data solutions used across CIP. You will work closely with experienced data professionals and receive day-to-day supervision from the team’s Data Platform Architect. This role also includes involvement in the operation and stability of the data warehouse, meaning you will help ensure that solutions are reliable, accessible, and well supported by business users. Day-to-day support tasks are therefore a natural part of the role. This is a part-time position (approx. 15-20 hours/week), with flexibility during exam periods.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

We are looking for 2nd or 3rd year bachelor’s students or 1st year master’s students within a technical or quantitative field. You may be studying at ITU, University of Copenhagen, CBS, DTU, or a similar institution. You bring a genuine interest in data engineering, analytics, automation, coding, or AI, and you are motivated to learn by doing. Relevant actual experience is a plus, but curiosity and willingness to grow matter just as much. We work primarily with Microsoft Fabric and Azure DevOps; familiarity with these tools is helpful.

We look for the following in a candidate:

  • You thrive in a professional environment with regular deadlines and are accountable for your work.
  • You are structured, curious, and comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
