Your Responsibilities as Senior Account Manager, New Business & Customer Growth

  • You actively acquire new customers and systematically unlock new market and revenue potentials – via telephone, digitally, and in person.
  • You conduct qualified initial contacts (including cold calls) and convincingly position our service and solution portfolio.
  • You quickly gain the trust of new decision-makers and establish a reliable conversational basis to identify needs, potentials, and next steps early on.
  • You qualify leads, prioritize opportunities, and guide them purposefully to a successful conclusion.
  • You strategically develop existing customers, identify additional needs, and place suitable solutions within our portfolio.
  • You prepare offers, conduct professional price and contract negotiations, and manage projects through to completion.
  • You work closely with Account Management, Consulting, and other internal stakeholders to optimally serve customer requirements and generate sustainable growth.
  • You document your activities in the CRM, analyze your pipeline, and derive insights for the further development of the sales strategy.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in active new customer acquisition and targeted development of existing customer relationships – ideally in a consulting or service environment.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience; several years of practice in project-oriented B2B sales is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor and confident networking skills when interacting with decision-makers up to management level.
  • Strong self-initiative, perseverance, and results-orientation characterize your sales style.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in initial outreach and in building new contacts.
  • Structured, proactive way of working and routine in using modern CRM systems.
  • German is our corporate and customer language – therefore, fluent knowledge is required; English skills are an advantage.
