Job Description
Production Associate Utility III
Cintas Canada is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. The tasks for this position may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding product, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, or performing other production jobs classified at a level three or below as needed to support the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Work area/responsibilities may change daily, filling in for employee vacations and absences.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
- Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
Job Expectations and Eligibility Factors
- Must adhere to attendance policy.
- Willingness to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
Physical Qualifications
- Requires standing for most of a shift.
- Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
- Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift.
