About the Role
Cineplex is looking for a dynamic Part Time Assistant Manager. In this role, you will help lead a dedicated team, manage the guest experience, oversee theatre budget, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees.
- Manage guest experience to ensure high satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Assist with managing theatre budget and growing revenue.
- Forecast and initiate projects to strengthen Cineplex Entertainment.
Opportunities for Growth
This part-time position can lead to more senior theatre management roles such as Full-Time Theatre Manager, Sr. Theatre Manager, or General Manager.
What You Need
- Strong communication (oral & written) and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong computer aptitude.
- Ability to innovate creative sales and food service activities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Flexibility with working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous management experience in theatre, fast food, or restaurant environments is an asset.
